The USA Food and Drug Administration approved Epidiolex for managing two types of severe epilepsy in kids who are two and a half years and above. Epidiolex is a cannabidiol drug. It manages Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. However, it has some side effects including fatigue, diarrhea and sleeping problems.

In addition, Hemp oil cancer CBD can be used to deal with cancer symptoms.

There are other fewer plants which produce cannabinoids or have compounds resembling cannabinoids. The good thing with industrial hemp is that THC levels are quite negligible often below 1%. Therefore, no side effects as a result of THC when used in medicines.
